TRUST & SAFETY

Evidence over assumptions.

Verified contact details, completed-transaction history and member feedback help collectors make informed decisions, while CardQuay retains controls to investigate and restrict risk.

Verification is not a guarantee

A CardQuay verification badge records checks completed at that time. It does not authenticate every card, guarantee that another member will perform, or make any transaction risk-free.

1. Account verification

Members must verify their email address and provide required account and contact information. CardQuay may request additional evidence where a listing, transaction, report or unusual activity requires review. Verification can be reviewed, restricted or removed.

2. CardQuay verified

“CardQuay verified” is applied only after an administrator completes the current review. Checks may include account information, contact details, identity or ownership evidence and transaction risk. It is a status signal, not a guarantee of a card or another member's future conduct.

3. Feedback and completed transactions

After a recorded CardQuay transaction is completed, the buyer and seller may each leave one review for the other member. Public summaries use published feedback and completed activity. CardQuay may hide feedback that is abusive, irrelevant, deceptive or manipulated, but does not change a rating merely because it is unfavourable.

4. Listing monitoring

CardQuay does not impose a standard listing quantity or value cap. We may pause or restrict listing access when verification, fulfilment, disputes, reports or suspicious activity require a trust-and-safety review. Automated indicators may assist a review, but material restrictions can be escalated to support.

5. Restricted and suspended accounts

A restricted seller cannot create new listings or begin new transactions. A suspended seller may also lose access to marketplace features while open records, disputes or legal record-keeping continue to be managed. We may act immediately where needed to prevent harm.

6. Reports and evidence

Report suspected counterfeit cards, stolen property, misleading listings, harassment or payment abuse to wangliyuan020418@gmail.com. Include the listing or transaction ID and preserve messages, photographs, packaging, tracking and payment records.

7. Personal safety

Use only the receiving details confirmed in the CardQuay transaction record, never share passwords or verification codes, preserve payment evidence and use tracked shipping. For Direct Deals, CardQuay records confirmations but does not hold the card payment or guarantee either member's performance. Read the Prohibited Items Policy and Dispute Process.
